American eWallet is an app you can use to send and receive cash from friends and family. You can also use the eWallet for business purposes, such as paying for sports transactions, like team fees, lessons, uniforms, merchandise, tickets and more.

American eWallet® accounts are FDIC-insured account with a debit card and mobile app. It’s a Neo banking product (no branches, no checks) designed for coaches, clubs, parents, independent workers who want to manage their money on the go. Use American eWallet® for all your purchases, and business and personal use. Use it alongside your existing bank account(s). Take advantage of fee-free transfers of money between wallet accounts.

In order to use the American eWallet you will need to verify your mobile phone number. Phone number is how we identify each user. This requirement is a common security practice meant to help protect your sensitive information. You will need a U.S. based mobile phone number to receive a verification code.

American eWallet is a money transfer business regulated by the United States Treasury Department. As such, we are obligated to collect certain information from our users to verify their identities and setup regulated accounts for our customers.

American eWallet is currently only supported within the U.S. with U.S. currency. American eWallet App is not available for download outside the US.

1. Open the American eWallet app on your mobile device
2. From the Home screen tap on Profile
3. Tap on "Close American eWalet Account" from the Settings

Your wallet balance must be zero for permantely colsing your American eWallet account. You can still login and access your account statements for 30 days from the day of the request, after 30 days your account will be permanently closed.

1. Open the American eWallet app on your mobile device
2. Tap on AW Debit from the Home screen
3. Tap on Activate Card from the Debit Card screen
4. Follow the instructions to activate your American eWallet debit card

1. Open the American eWallet app on your mobile device
2. Tap on AW Debit from the Home screen
3. Tap on Freeze switch from the Debit Card screen
4. Your debit card will be deactivated within a few mins.

To view your transaction history:
1. Open the American eWallet app on your mobile device.
2. Select the Activity icon at the bottom of the app.
This will show you your transaction history by date.

Yes! You can use your American eWallet Debit Card to make cash withdrawals at ATMs or, as cash back when completing a purchase, nationwide. You'll need your Debit Card PIN to obtain cash

Easy! After you have set up your American eWallet account and linked your bank account or debit card:
1. Select Add Money icon from the home screen
2. Select the amount you would like to add
3. Select a funding source, a liked bank or debit card
4. Confirm and continue

Funds loaded from a debit cards are available within a few mins(typically instant).
Funds loaded from bank account will take 1 to 3 business days depending on the speed selected.
